It was a good day for me Pam. Rich went to the post for a meeting and was on his way home when he got called back to the post over business. He left to come home to take me to the movies at the American Legion - they were showing the new Avatar movie. It was 3 hrs long but really good - no charge , only a donation and free popcorn was included. It was late by the time we got home as we needed to make a stop first, so we also stopped to get Chinese for dinner. Now watching the espisodes of Jack Ryan on Prime. Hope your weekend has been good so far. Hugs, Wendy
Unfortunately, your new glasses just make you look like a cat...
GOOD MORNING, LOVE, HUGS & BLESSINGS, Ms. Pam, I pray YOU have a STIMULATINGLY SENSATIONAL SATURDAY, and are having a SERENDIPITOUS WEEKEND, my friend...
What cute kitties you have there Pam - I do so love those glasses! Nothing much going on here. Went with Rich to go to the store to buy a new flag as ours was ripped during the last storm we had. It was fadded anyway and needed to be replaced. It should be beautiful with the new solar light - I can't wait to see it when we go out for soup at Panera's. We're just gonna have soup as the other half of the sub won't hold us till tomorrow and the steaks I have would be too much for us. So do you have any plans for the weekend? Don't think we have anything except going to the Moose tonite and dominoes Sun. It's be at least 60 then so should be nice but then the temps go back down. Have a good rest of the day whatever you do. Hugs, Wendy
Hi there. Its a beautiful, sunny day here. And in the 50's. Got to enjoy the weekend as come Sunday the high is only going to be in the 20's. And next week, only in the 30's. Got all my housework done, just taking it easy. Stopped by to wish you a great afternoon and a relaxing weekend. Take care my friend and many hugs from me to you.
HI PAM, OH I DO MISS SEEING THE TUMBLEWEEDS , WHERE I LIVED BEFORE WAS STILL IN BC. BUT THE CITY WAS KAMLOOPS AND IT WAS AT THE TOP OF A DESERT THAT RUNS FROM WAY DOWN IN THE U.S. RIGHT UP TO THERE. EVERY YEAR, IT WAS GREAT TO SEE THOSE HUGE TUMBLERS COMING OFF THE DRY HILLS AND INTO THE CITY. TEMPERATURES WERE VERY HOT N THE SUMMER, LIKE 110 AND IN THE WNTER IT WOULD GO DOWN TO 30 BELOW ZERO. TIMES HAVE CHANGED NOW AND THINGS NOT SO HOT OR COLD. HOPE YOU HAVE A GOOD FRIDAY PAM. TAKE CARE AND BE WELL. HUGS, MOE
We had dreadful weather last nite - heavy rains and high winds - the ditches are filled to the top and lots of branches are down. The flag is also ripped so hopefully honey will go out and get a new one tomorrow. Our friends flagpole snapped so they have to buy another. After today the new solor light will be put up. Went with Rich to the doctor's and came home straight away to await his brother's return from Jersey as he was bringing back subs. So I waited all day till 6:30 to have somthing to eat. I only had a cup of coffee this morning before leaving. Have a good rest of the eening and a peaceful nite. Hugs, Wendy
