Good afternoon my friend. I hope you are having a good one. I have gotten many things done today. Went to a second hand store this morning and got me a few long sleeve shirts and a pair of jeans. Filled up my car with gas and now doing laundry. I wanted to get the car filled up with gas before the weekend as we have a chance for snow on Saturday. We could get anywhere from 2 to 4 inches of the white stuff. We need the moisture as its very dry here. Well I will go for now. Take care my friend and stay warm. Many hugs, Cheryl
Today is Richie's birthday. He went to meet his brother at the post and had a good time there with everyone wishing him a happy birthday and buying him a beer. I went to three different stores looking for a solar flagpole light but no on had any. So ordered one from Amazon. Should be here in a couple days. I'm also taking him out for dinner to a local seafood place - he'll like that as he only eats fried shrimp as far as seafood goes. I like it too! It's dark already but it was a nice day - up in the 60's and tomorrow will be even higher ten go back down in temp. Hope you've had a good day and have a good nite. Hugs, Wendy
Good afternoon my friend. I've had a busy day today. Went grocery shopping this morning, then went and ate lunch with the hubby at noon. Then came home and put my laundry in the dryer. Tried to take a nap but couldn't as I was thinking about my car. When I came home from eating with my husband a state truck went by me and sprayed stuff all over my car. So instead of taking a nap I went and washed my car. I usally like the kind you drive into and it does the washing for you. But where I went didn't have one of those so I got out in the wind and did it myself. The wind had changed directions and out of the north. It was cold and blew water on me. At least I didn't get to wet. But at least my car is clean now. Got my dishes washed and my clothes put away. So that is how my day has went. Hope you are having a good afternoon my friend. It's been raining here all day - yucky one indeed Pam. I don't go out when it's raining. Honey has a Mason meeting tonite so I don't have to cook. Well the Cowboys vs Bucks is on - I still like Brady but I'm still a Cowboyss fan from way back when. Guess you'll be tuning in soon unless they blacked it out. Since you're an hour behind me (I think) I won't sspoing the outcome for you, but if you ear a scream - you'll know who won! Hope your weekend was fruitfull for you. Mine was busy and good. Went out Fri. nite but didn't stay till midnite as we had to get out of the house by 8 am Sat. morn to go to the district meeting for the VFW. Didn't get home till around 3 - it was a good meeting and I alsways learn something new while there. Then of course Sunday was dominos and i made cicen noodle soup and Texas toast for dinner and fuited jello for dessert. Today I went with Rich to see his pulmonologist - he put him on a med pack and an antibiotic. He goes to see his regular doctor tomorrow. We stopped to eat at Taco Bell - I just had 3 tacos and we'll most likely stop to eat when finished tomorrow too. We doen't eat in the morning - just coffee so we're ready to eat when we get out of the appointments . Have a good rest of the week and take care - hope it doesn't get too cold over there - our weather has been in the 30's but gonna go up to the 60'ss for a couple of days this week. Hugs, Wendy
