Did things around the house Pam and washed the sheets. I tried out my new 12" cast iron fry pan - had a Porterhouse steak. It didn't turn out as pink as we like, but ws still pretty good. Haven't cooked in cast iron in many a year. Was 70 and real nice out - watered the plants and planted a basil stick that I've had in water for months. We'll see if it lives! Tomorrow 75. Hello my friend. How are you? I'm doing good. Had a busy day yesterday so I didn't have time to leave any comments. Went shopping this morning. Its a breezy and warm day here today. Had a nice weekend spending it with our daughter and two grandsons. They are at that age they are so fun to be around. Everything went fine at the doctor. Every 3 months I get a hormone therapy pellets put in. If you google it you can find out what that is. It helps me so much with my homones. Not much else going on . Once more frost on the rooftops this morning. This is reminding me to finish up the cleaning of the flowerbeds these next few days. But in the mean time I need a nice fresh pot of coffee. Yes, I do have allergies. Ever since I returned fron Thailand, in the Spring of '72', they developed. Before that, they never bothered me, and I don't know why. I'm allergic to Grass & Tree pollens, which tend to affect me most in the early Spring, and most of the time, I take a 1/2 dose of Loratidine, daily. Loratidine is better known as Claritin, and it works very well for me. When the air is really thick with the pollen, I increase my dose to a whole pill, until the pollen stops flowing, then back to 1/2 dose.
I LOVE Nature too much to hunt, for the kill, but will go out of my way to watch it, or even take pictures.

I never had allergies Pam.. I guess I am one of the lucky ones. Rich has allergies and hates when I open the windows when the weather turns nice in the summer. He doesn't take anything for it and mows the grass without a mask - so go figure! Right now I turned on the football game, but none of the games are any of our favorite teams - they aren't showing them. Direct tv gave us the NFL ticket all season long but it's only the channel that shows 4 diffeerent games at the same time so its nothing really. Going up and riding in a hot air balloon is on my bucket list. I thought Rich shared my bucket list and said all things on it we could accomplish, but we have yet to do one of them as he doesn't want to go anywhere or do anything. Such a let down. And I do like Cowboys, country music and all those thigns and I'll check out the link you sent. Thank you. Well I guess I better find something to eat - they call it breakfast but it's 2 pm.
