Hi Pam. Hope your day turned out just the way you wanted. It was really warm here - in the 80's but by evening it was starting to get cold. What a swing in temps. We went tothe senior center to have a homemade spaghetti dinner with salad, roll, dessert and a drink all for $5 ea. It was good too. There was a speaker on hypertention also and she did a good job. This evening we went to the VFW for a bit then 6 of us went to the Moose for the evening. We left at 10 as Rich has to get up at 6am to go to a class in Edenton for something to do with the Masons. I'll go to the oyster roast to help out with the auxillary's bake sale. He lost the tickets so we could get the chicken dinners, so I'll have to get something to eat and take there. Hi Pam - how was your Saturday?? Were you busy outside or was the weather no go good? It was a beautiful day with temps at 80 but a it windy. Had a beautiful sunset too. I got up had coffee but went back to bed after a while and slept for about 2 hours. Never got outside - just felt tired and lazy - just went on the compute and really wanted to send out comments earlier but just didn't get arund to it. Finally made dinner after spending an hour on the phone with my gan. Had pork chops in the instant with gravy, potatoes and brussell sprouts Going to the VFW bake sale on Saturday - not sure if I'll have time to bake anything tomorrow or not as we are going to a spaghetti dinner at the senior center tomorror. then g to the Mose inthe evening for a while. The way I perceive things, is that WE, every single existence in The Universe, are ALL part of The Creator. So, in effect, each portion of The Creator, within each separate being is being afforded the opportunity, to help itself, in the form of another, through an act of LOVE for itself, in that different form. So, in effect, this IS our 'dress rehearsal', and we'll keep coming back, until we get it right, before we move onto The Stage for the production, after WE pass OUR judgement...(So, in effect, WE actually judge ourselves, because who could possibly be a better judge of our own character)

Interesting day for me - I went to the senior center to leave a flyer for a Spring Fling at the VFW April 1, and ended up filling hundreds of Easter eggs for Parks and Recreation's Easter egg roll also on the 1st. There were 2 other women who were filling them and when I went by there were 3 huge trash cans filled with eggs and a man was sitting there filling more with small chocolate balls. He'll be there for days doing that! I was there for 3 1/2 hours constantly bending over. I hadn't had anything to eat either so a fast food joint was just about next door so I got a cheeseburger and sweet iced tea. Came home and rested for a while and went to the Moose as our friends called and said they were in training for bartending and to come down if we wanted. So at 5 we went and stayed till 8:30 when they closed . We all went to dinner at a seafood place . Now I'll be in another rush to get comments done like I was last nite. Hugs, Wendy
