Went with Rich to see his doctor today - all is well. Left at noon for his 1:30 appointment. It takes an hour to get there and he likes to get there early. Afterwards we stopped to get something to eat as I hadn't eaten anything before hand. Both of us had big hamburgers and he had cole slaw and I had potatoe salad. It was a bit too creamy for my liking but ate some of it anyway. Took it home along with half my hanburger. Rich just colored my roots so I'll look decent again when we go out tomorrow nite. Sorry to hear your temps are still that high. Our temp was 77 today - such a nice day. Wishing you a good rest of the nite. Hugs, Wendy
Hello there and good afternoon. I hope it isn't to hot for you . Its 93 here and breezy. Not alot going on here. Just about done with my chores for the day. Well take care my friend and enjoy your afternoon and evening. Hugs, Cheryl
Hey Pam - finally getting back online. How was your Labor Day weekend? Did you do anything special? We went to a friend's home and she had several other people there. Didn't care for the food she had, but did eat some anyway. I made a pumpkin cake with cream cheese frosting on it - turned out good and half was eaten so Rich and I have to finish off the rest. Will probably throw most of it away. We went to aa Mexican place tonite with the Thursday nite group to celebrate one of the women whose husband is part of the group. She comes every so often. Rich and I didn't eat as he had a meeting to go to where they eat there and I had a hamburger around 2 so I wasn't really hungry. We split some lumpia and that was good for me. Don't know if you are friends with Rider - Ginger's husband, but he posted a picture of the Falls last year. But he might be on the other site. Oh well, no matter, it's a pretty picture anyway. I take pictures of the sunsets, but haven't lately and I don't know how to post them to this site. Have a good rest of the week Pam. Hope it's cooling down some where you are - it's been a degree cooler every day here and we are now in the low 80's. Hoep you'll have a good nite and a good tomorrow. See ya around!!! Hugs, Wendy

When you take a vacation and take pictures, do you ever think what it would look like at a different time of year or in a different season or under different weather conditions?

Nature is awesome. It can be as powerful as a lightning strike, or a hurricane, or as gentle as that feathery wind that brushes your cheek, some days. And they dare call that less than sentient...
GOOD MORNING, LOVE, HUGS & BLESSINGS, Ms. Pam, I pray YOU have a WHIMSICAL WEDNESDAY/HUMPDAY, and are having a WONDIFOROUS WEEK, my friend...
Hello Pam, my neice was at the beach recently and in the ocean swimming when lightening hit close enough that she felt the current in the water. She was not struck directly. So scary. Sun is out here after days of rain. I'll take it. Happy Tuesday.
GOOD MORNING, LOVE, HUGS & BLESSINGS, Ms. Pam, I pray YOU have a MAGNIFICENTLY MAGICAL MONDAY/LABOR DAY, and a MAGMARVELOUS WEEK, to follow, my friend...
