Hey Pam - didn't feel like doing comments yesterday - took a break. I did read everything though. Got up early this morning so I could go to breakfast with Rich and his brother since he invited us. It was good but I'm just not used to eating that early (or that much) as soon as I get up. Came home and caught up on my sleep! Have a load of clothes in as the electric company sent a text saying to conserve power between 3 & 6 pm. The wash will be done but I can't put them in the dryer till we come from from going out with our friends tonite; and that won't be till after midnite. We are gong to friends for the holiday - I'll find out from her tonite what I am to bring. I'm sure she'll ask the other couple who will be there tonite to come also. They are buying the motorhome from them and used to go to the Post also on Friday nites, but have issues with the smoke also, as most Veterans do. Happy Friday! Evening Pam, that WalMat conversation had to be odd at first, but so many people have the same interests - that was very friendly of her to join the conversation. Only went shopping today and the store was out of several things on our list - hard to believe shelves are not stocked. How are things out your way? Nothing major on our list that we couldn't get, but after several things, it becomes frustrating. Watered the flowers, which are slowly fading away, and of course gave the birds fresh water. Would you believe my strawberry plant had a berry on it? Of course it wasn't very big and I'm sure some bird got it as nothing is there anymore, but was sure surprised and I hadn't used any plant food on it. Hope your mid week day - hump day - went well. Hi there. Its another warm day here. haven't been doing much today. Just kind of being lazy. Going to do my dishes after I get done on here. Wish I had a dishwasher but oh well, don't really have the room for one anyway. I have been stuck on a tv show on Hulu called Master Chef. Have you ever heard of it or watched it? Did I tell you I finally connected with a friend from university? She moved and I lost her addy and email ('cos they changed it). She's married to a United Church Minister so I tried all the UC connections I could find. Finally a nice gal from archives gave a connect to an obituary page for my friend's mother. We got together via email. Yeah!
