I heard the Dallas-fort Worth area got rain - a lot of rain in fact. Did you get any Pam? I sure hope so. We got a bad thunderstorm yesterday on our way to ply dominoes and again while we were there, so we are not hurting for rain. S[eaking of hurting, I'm hurting a bit as I made ham fettuccine for dinner tonite with brocolli and I shouldn't hve taken as much as I did. But it was good and different. Found the recipe in the book I got from the library. There are several more I want to try, but we'll see. I watched House of Dragons today it was recorded last nite while we were away. It seems interesting and I'll watch no matter what as I love dragons!. Have a good rest of the evening and take care.
HAPPY TO HEAR YOU GOT SOME RAIN, GREAT. I NEED SOME UP HERE IF YOU GET TOO MUCH. YOU LOOK GREAT PAM , SO DOES YOUR HUBBY. TAKE CARE AND HAVE A GREAT NEW WEEK. SORRY I WAS GONE FOR SOME DAYS, HUGS, MOE
Good afternoon my friend. I hope you are having a good one.Its a nice day here. No rain, but cooler weather. We are at 82 right now. Doesn't feel to bad when you aren't in the sun. Just thought I would pop in and say Hi. Enjoy the rest of you day and take care. Hugs, Cheryl
Great photo of you both. Sounds like you had a good birthday party at the restaurant.
This is us now and likely to continue for the rest of the day.
I found some old photos on my very first iPad that I got in 2009. (It was the first one to reach Canada at that time) I used to take a lot of macro photos so I though I'd share some with you.
The bee was busy on the Cosmos which is one of my favourite flowers. Enjoy your Monday. Hugs, Anne
Love your picture. Thanks for sharing I have save it. Yes my weekend was good. Went to a campground to hear my band but boy did it rain on the way there.
Lots of rain in the early morning and still continuing. Good for Mother Earth. Having a very lazy day just doing stuff to interest me (instead of chores nagging to be completed). You must be thankful for your rain.
One of my photos from the garden. Just love those Monarchs. Hugs,
Good morning Pam, nice pics of your travels. I love looking at old photographs. They bring back memories and make you smile. May you have a Sunday of rest and relaxation.
Sure wounds like you've had lots of fun and were so lucky to go to so many different places around the world. Rich always told me we would travel, maybe not abroad, but here in the states to see some of the places I wanted to go , but he was all talk. And he complained that his wife didn't like to travel. Oh well - guess that's the way it goes. Went to the little girl's party today but Rich didn't want to stay long as The American Legion was having something going on and his brother was there. He sees his brother several times a week but we left and spent several hours down there - they had hot dogs and hamburgers and fixings so we didn't need to eat when we got home. Have a nice nite and a wonderful Sunday. Hugs, Wendy
Woooeee...Pam. I have travelled from east to west and back again thru Canada and the northern US. Drove with a friend across with daughter and dog and camped all the way. Loved Wyoming got a lot of fossils from there. The Badlands were interesting - both the US and Canadian. I've also travelled to the Yukon and Alaska. Loved Juneau - a fascinating area which, I'm told, does not fall below 6 degrees in winter. Done Florida as many Snowbirds do. My daughter moved to the Yukon, married and settled down. No children tho'.
Hi there. Hope you are having a nice Friday afternoon. Its a partly cloudy day here and in the 90's. We have a chance for rain tonight, tomorrow and Sunday. It will be nice to get some rain. Its really dry here and the grass is crunchy. Do you have anything planned for the weekend? We don't just going to be lazy. Well take care my friend and enjoy your day and your weekend. Hugs, Cheryl
