My goodness this week sure flew by fast enjoying the days. May you have a glorious day and weekend. Smiles Gloria
The change always comes about mid-August, and it always catches me by surprise. I mean the day when I know that summer is fraying at the edges, that September isn't far off and fall is just over the hill or up the valley. ~Hal Borland
Good Morning Pam the heatwave in our area of N.E. Pennsylvania is finally over but we desperately need rain because everything here is so dry have a nice rest of your day Hugs, Robert & Ceil
We had another thunderstorm complete with lightning this evening while we were out for dinner with our group. Went to Ruby Tuesday - there were 11 of us and I think the waitress was overwhelmed with that many people. They should have given us two waitress but they were shorthanded as it was. Alot of our food was cold and it's not like it came out at all the same time. No refills were given or even asked if we wanted any except those drinking beer and they told her they wanted refills. Oh well - everyone has a not so good experience once in a while. Honey did get the lawn mowed earlier this afternoon - he loves doing that and that's about all he does anymore. Going out with friends to the Moose tomorrow nite since they came back from their vacation. Have a good nite and fun Friday. hugs, Wendy
Hi there. I hope your afternoon is going good. I'm having a blah kind of day. I went to Walmart this morning and shopped for myself hoping to get out of my gloomy mood. It helped some but not enough. My husband has been working late everyday this week and its taken its toll on me. I enjoy him getting home early and spending time with me. That is hard when he doesn't get home until late in the evening. And tonight will be no better as when he gets off work at 6 he is going by someones house and helping the guy with something. He is hoping getting there early he can get home at a decent time, but the guy likes to talk alot so you never know. This makes for a long day for me.Well sorry for me chatting about myself. Hope you have a good afternoon and evening. Hugs Cheryl
I think I'd live to visit a tree house for a short period of time, but would miss the modern accomdations like a flushing toilet and not sure if I could take the ants and bugs that would have to be invading the place or it wouldn't be a real tree house!!! lol. It does look beautiful though and I'm sure it has ac and no bugs (or very few) get in there. It was 96 today and a thungerstorm just passed thru a little while ago which will cool things down into the 80's for the next several days. Might be going out to dinner with the group tomorrrow nite but other than that, nothing pressing going on. I did go to the senior center today and we made coasters. A child could do it - all we did was put paint on a tile and then it blended and when it dries, I'm told it will look different then. We pick them up tomorrow. Hope more rain is on your horizon, Pam so you can take a break from watering. I hear more thunder out there - w might be getting another sotrm!
Good afternoon to you. I hope it is a nice one. It isn't bad here. Just in the low 90's. Got my laundry in the dryer and I should be done in a little while. Not much going on here. Just taking it easy. Went shopping earlier and got a few things. Well have a good rest of your day and take care. Hugs, Cheryl
I would enjoy living in a tree house, Pam. All those look very inviting. Thank you for sharing Thron's story. So good that someone is doing restorative work. The world is in such a terrible state with wars and bombings etc. always in the daily news. Do enjoy the mid-week. Hugs, Anne
May you have a wonderful day enjoying the moment. We are at 61 for the temp on this beautiful morning. I have decided to have a refreshing cup of Cherry Blossom green tea to make my day even more special. What ever you will be doing do have a great day. Smiles Gloria
Tea elevates our minds so that we can see our problems from a distance โ through the fine mists of contemplation. ~Terri Guillemets
OK, the first tree definitely slimmed you down. That 2nd tree would definitely attract attention, as people would be going out of their way to avoid being knocked out. The 3rd tree helped you blend in to your surroundings, BUT I'd definitely avoid that last tree, too shocking...
GOOD MORNING, LOVE, HUGS & BLESSINGS, M. G, I pray YOU have a WONDIFOROUS WEDNESDAY/HUMPDAY, and are having a WORTHWHILE WEEK, my friend...
