Hello there my friend. How are you doing? I've gotten all my housework done except for vacumming which I will get done soon. Its a cloudy day here with a chance of rain later. I sure hope we get some as its been hot and dry here. Just wanting to let you know that I won't be on here tomorrow thru the weekend as we will be out of town. I got home just a little bit ago from going to see my son and his girlfriend, went out to eat with them and then went to Walmart. I need a nap but I don't think I'm going to have time for one. Happy first day of summer, Pam. Have an eye appoiintment this afternoon for a full exame and another shot. Hope the pain and being unable to see out of it doesn't last a long as it used to. I'd come home and have to go to bed for hours - last time I was so much better I could see out of it after a couple hours. That was so nice. After that I have no plans - not sure of what the weather will be but I want Rich to weed eat my little garden area - it has gone wild! my friend even metioned it yesterday when she w over. But I need to do that before going to the eye doc so I can see to pick up the potted plantss so he can clear the whole area. Have yourself a wonderful day and stay cool! Hugs, Wendy
It was like a beautiful spring day - the last of this year - no heat or humidity. No mail eisther as it's a black holiday. Rich has had salt for a water softner ystem for many years now just sitting in his tank and friends of ours said they just got one, so they came over and loaded up as much a they could. It'll save them a little bit of money anyway. Rich is just gonna take the tank and what's in it to the dump when he goes ago. I picked up and straightened the house but didn't get to vacuum. That will have to wait for later this week as my ole leg is kicking me. I've taken Motrin so we'll see if it help. Dinner is almost done - making Swiss steak - haven't had that in such a long time. have a good ret of the evening Pam. Nails look nice as always - love the sunflower and your gran! Hugs, Wendy
Happy Father's Day to your hubby, Pam. I hope he and your son have had a good day so far. We had a wonderful breakfast at the post this orning - sausague, bacon, steak btes, eggs with peppers, sausage gravy with biscuits and fruit and coffee. All free for everyone who showed up. I cam home and took a short nap as I didn't sleep well last nite and it's domino nite. The hosts rent their camper out and the other folks had car trouble so they wil be at the meeting place late. We are to go in and have dinner at 6 or 6:30 and hopefully they will be there. We'll only play 10 or 12's and not 15's as it'll be too late to do that. Have a good rest of the day and stay cool.
