I sure like you new 'do' Pam and think this is your style - wear it often!! I know what you mean about being full after you eat, as after we went to the dentist we stopped at a place call Frog Island It's service yourself, meaning there are no waitresses and you clean up afterr to finish. It was sooo good if you like seafood. I had shrimp, scallops and a crab cake that was big! Honey only eats fried shrimp and had ff, cole slaw. I had the green beans and cole slaw as my sides. It comes with hush puppies. You pick up your food when it's ready, get your own drink and clean up after yourself when finished. The food is served on heavy foam plates, with heavy plastic wear - you get a lot of food. It's a bit pricy, but then it's because it's on the way to the Outer Banks. We came home feeling like the picture below - stuffed and ready for a nap. It was 91 and will be 94 tomorrow so I hope you got your cool on, Pam! We stopped at a farm market on the way home to see if they had peaches in yet - they were out of them last time we stopped - and I got about 5. Going to eat them and not a pie as they look so delish. I'm going to go to Aldi's tomorrow and get some blueberries - I have box and will get one more and will make a blueberry pie. Was 91 today and 94 tomorrow so have some cool clothes on ( or not any at all if that's your preference) but make sure to wear a big sun hat while your out in the yard! Have a cooler evening and keep cool! Hugs, Wendy

Good afternoon and happy Monday - hope your weekend was good, Pam. I had a very busy one. Friday nite we went to the Moose and closed it down at midnite,, of course we were with our friends. Then we meet them at the vendor sale in the AM. They were going to check out a motor home and asked if we would like to go with them. So we went as our dog was fine. It was a long trip - over 2 hours plus we stopped and got somethng to eat at a fast food place but it wasn't so fast!! Long story short, we got there, had the man take us for a ride and he was extremely nice. They ended up buying it and he went down from 55 thou to 45 and the couple threw in a 4 wheeler that they wanted to sell anyway. Think the guy delivered it today if I'm not mistaken. They have their camper up for sale - they've only had it for a little over a year. We didn't get home till 6pm so it was a long day and all that riding tired us out! Sunday was our game nite - thankfully I didn't have to cook and dinner was good. Today I vacuumed, dried and folded clothes and got dinner ready. We'll eat in about 10 mins. We are only at 87 but of course feels hotter. - I see your area is around 111 - too hot for me. I did go out to refresh the bird bath and watered the plants and pullled a few weeds. Our temps are going up every day - and trust me I won't be outside long. Have a good evening and staay inside to keep cool. Hugs, Wendy
Good afternoon. Its another hot one here. Its 99* here. And tomorrow it could get up to 111*, that is to hot. I plan on staying inside like I've been doing except to get out and go get the mail and water my two plants I have outside. Still no tomatoes or cucumbers, lots of blooms but its to hot for them to make anything. I sure hope August isn't this hot. Hope you are doing good and the weather isn't to hot for you. Stay cool my friend and take care, hugs, Cheryl
