Spent the day at the oyster roast that the VFW had today from noon till 3 pm. Of course we ended up staying till 8pm with friends and having a good time. There were so many folks there and everyone had a good time. Of coure we ate chicken and with two sides - not those snotty things - of course there were fried ones too but still that's a no-no. Do you eat oysters, Pam? They are caught fresh right here in the waters off the coast as a lot of the seafood is. Rich only eats fried shrimp so I get very little seafoood to eat. But I only eat a few things. The auxillary had a bake sale and made $480 and so much chicken was old they ran out and had to go in town . I sat at the bar with some friendss and we were doing shots - only had 3 but they were all different. Hey don't laugh, I wa a ble to make it just fine off the bar stool and back to my table! Hope your day was a wonderful as mine. We are gong to go look at a camper that is near where we play dominos tomorrow - it's just the right size and is a 2020 and not a lot of money. This was not the pic that I anted to send - don't know how it got mixed up with what I wanted to send. Anyway it is a picture of the hotel my sister and I staayed in while we were in Aruba 5 years ago. It was taken from a boat ride we went on one afternoon. Oh well, it's not too bad a pic. Good nite!
Soounds like you had a busy day Pam. All I did was go to WalkMart to returne some doggie dental bone as I picked them up intead of pill pockets. Our dog has an infected ear and is on an antibiotic and we also give her an anti-itch med too. She is overweight, so we can't give her any extra food mixed in with her food to get her to eat. Made Sheppards Pie for dinner - haven't had that in a while. Nice thing about that is that there is enough left over to have for lunch. How are you doing this afternoon? I'm doing good. Enjoying the warmer day here today. A little breezy but not as bad as the last 3 days. Its March after all. My allergies have been acting up lately. Good afternoon Pam,we've been up since &:15 and we got alot accomplished we loaded/ran the dishwasher started a load of laundry and we just put supper in the oven and supper will be ready in 1 1/2 hrs. and we're having chicken,mashed potatoes,corn,& greenbeans and after we eat we'll go upstairs and go into the bedroom and relax for the rest of the evening watching TV and playing games on our phone until we're ready to go to bed. Thanks Pam - am feeling a bit better but still with the headaches. Took a nap for a couple hours while Rich was out and about with friends then tot he post for a few drinks. Wondered why there was no dinner made - had leftover Chinnese that we had last nite. Believe me, he won't go hungry. Rain came this afternoon but temp was 71, so it was nice out for most of the day.
