It's 56 and sunny here Pam, and I'm loving the longer light even if it's only been 2 days. Have the men's meeting at the post tonite so no cooking - we'll eat there as Rich likes to get there early. I have the last load of wash in the drier and it's gone off to let me know things are done. I also too care of my plants and watered them all, swept the kitchen floor twice! and put fresh sheets on the bed. I'm more than ready to sit down for a bit. Your pic about the hip replacement on the horse is funny as I'd sure like to get mine done but the docs are satisfied with just keep giving me shots. That's why I went somewhere else to see if their opinion was different - but no. Aren't you happy you get to work a extra hour out in your garden, Pam? Have a good rest of the day - it'll soon be spring! Hugs, Wendy
Oh Pam - don't think I can get out there quck enough to eat some of that delishish chicken N dumplings, but you could freeze some for me and label it "Don't Touch". Your weather is horrible! We had 55 today but gonna have rain and cold later tonite with some high winds. Honey wants to take down the flag so it doesn't get blown over like it did before. Went to the butcher shop and got 2 garlic and butter marinated ribeye steaks and ordered a small package of bulk meats to be picked up tomorrow before noon. I've never done this before so don't know how it will be packaged. Gonna have to get ready oon to go to the pot - our friends won't be there tonite due to they're going to a party, but we know many others so it will sstill be a good time. Have a nice evening to kick off the weekend. Hug, Wendy
Hi there. The weather here just can't make up its mind what it wants to do. Last week it was spring like and this week its back to winter time. We got some snow last night and its already melted. I would much rather have some rain. Tomorrow is back to feeling like spring time. Yeah! I'm not a winter person. More of a spring and fall person. I hope you are having a good Friday and have a great weekend also. Take care and talk to you again soon. Hugs, Cheryl
