Pa, sure hope you had a good Valentine's Day and that you got some nice things. I got two pretty necklaes, one for Valentine's Day the other for my birthday. Both are so pretty. Wore one to the meeting we had last nite at the VFW post. Someone told them it was my birthday and they sang happy birthday to me - talk about wanting to sink into the floor!! We ate there as they usually have food so maybe we'll go out to eat tomorrow nite. Tonite he had a meeting at the Lodge and brought me home a plate. Had eye appointment and that means a shot, so this will be about it. It's been cold but will warm up tomorrow then get cold - like yours - up and down!! Have a good Wednesday, Pam. Good nite, Wendy
Good afternoon. Its a windy and partly cloudy day here. Just taking time out of my chores to write some comments to you. I hope your weather is to your liking. This time of year in Oklahoma you never know what its going to be like. Take care my friend and have a good rest of your day. Cheryl
GOOD MORNING, LOVE, HUGS & BLESSINGS, Ms. Pam, I pray YOU have a MAJESTICALLY MAGICAL MONDAY/VALENTINE'S DAY, and a MAGNIFICENT WEEK to follow, my friend...
We've got the Super Bowl on and I'm rooting for the Bengals! Are you watching the game, have a favorite team? Honey cooed up some chicken wings and french fries so we're good to go for a bit. The VFW had the Valentine dinner dance last nite and it was very nice. The hall was decorated from the ceiling and walls and tables. Had veal corndon bleu, potatoes, salad, green beans almondine and desserts - I got the last piece of cheescake! There was also a dj who played good music and some folks even danced. We couldn't eat everything so we brought home a doggie bag. I'm sure you are glad to be home even if on a part time basis, as you can get things done that have been put off. Glad honey got the pins out of his toes - now he can help out around the house. Have a good rest of the nite - can't believe it's that cold in Texas. We had some 70 degree weather here too but today was in the 30's too. But spring comes soon. Hugs, Wendy
