Oh Pam - don't think I can get out there quck enough to eat some of that delishish chicken N dumplings, but you could freeze some for me and label it "Don't Touch". Your weather is horrible! We had 55 today but gonna have rain and cold later tonite with some high winds. Honey wants to take down the flag so it doesn't get blown over like it did before. Went to the butcher shop and got 2 garlic and butter marinated ribeye steaks and ordered a small package of bulk meats to be picked up tomorrow before noon. I've never done this before so don't know how it will be packaged. Gonna have to get ready oon to go to the pot - our friends won't be there tonite due to they're going to a party, but we know many others so it will sstill be a good time. Have a nice evening to kick off the weekend. Hug, Wendy
Hi there. The weather here just can't make up its mind what it wants to do. Last week it was spring like and this week its back to winter time. We got some snow last night and its already melted. I would much rather have some rain. Tomorrow is back to feeling like spring time. Yeah! I'm not a winter person. More of a spring and fall person. I hope you are having a good Friday and have a great weekend also. Take care and talk to you again soon. Hugs, Cheryl
Hello Pam, still raining here and I'm ready for a sunny day. We needed the rain though...so much pollen everywhere. Hope your weekend is just right, whatever you're up to!
Rainy day here Pam - staying in. It's Thursday and our day to go out with others, but we decided to have pea soup for dinner , so one by one others opted out as well. I needed more carrots and celery so I went to the little farm market down the road, but they didn't have either - so we are out of soup and dinner out!!! Thankfully we have some leftovers and we'll go shopping tomorrow. It's a shame those animals you sent in your comment had to be taken from their homeland, just for public display. Yes it's nice people over hear can see animals like this from foreign lands, but it has to be very upsetting for the animals not to be free anymore. Hope you're having a better day - it's 45 out - hope it's warmer there in Texas. Hugs, Wendy
Our wee critters are showing up now. Saw a whole host of wild turkeys yesterday (a couple of dozen at least) - they were moving along the field at a great pace. Let you know when I see my first Robin.
The return of the Hummingbirds, ALWAYS, puts a smile on my face, and the animals know far more about the actions of Nature than any of us do! That's why I always listen to them...
GOOD MORNING, LOVE, HUGS & BLESSINGS, Ms. Pam, I pray YOU have a THRILLINGLY THIRSTY THURSDAY, and have had a TREMENDOUS WEEK, my friend...
