It's Thursday nite and we got home about 3:30. Stopped to see my 2 sons at my house then went to pick up subs for dinner and on to our our roms in Atlantic City. Called both my sisters when we got here and my gran. I talked to her for about an hour. I am going to my one sister's tomorrow nite for her Christmas Eve dinner of The Feast of the 7 Fishes. I thinks she said she'll have 11 for dinner then will go back again on Christmas day early to help her with dinner. Think it'll just be her daughter & boyfriend, Rich and I and her & her boyfriend. Not sure if herr other daughter and family will be there or not. Told my gran to meet us over there whenever it fits her schedule, as we'll be there til 9 pm at least. So we'll have two great days with her and I will visit my sons on Christmas day also. Not sure when I'll see my other sister. Hope you thoroughly enjoy these next two days - so glad that you are my friend, Pam. Your emails are always so uplifting and cherry and I love the pictures you insert into them. Have a wonderful Christmas Eve and a blessed, joyous and wonderful Christmas. Hugs & love, Wendy
Wishing all of my boomerplace friends a joyous, happy, wounderous and blessed Christmas. I want to say thank you to all who voted for me in the contest - Thank you - I am so pleased and honored as there were lots of great pages in my catagory.
I was raised in The Catholic faith, baptized, and confirmed. And though I am no longer a part of that Religion, or any other, I am a Spiritual person, and the concept of the season, is one of the most BEAUTIFUL beliefs I can conceive of. That's why Christmas is my very favorite holiday...
GOOD MORNING, LOVE, HUGS & BLESSINGS, Ms. Pam, I pray YOU have a TRANSFORMINGLY THIRSTY THURSDAY, and have had a TANTILLIZING WEEK, my friend...
So what did you ask Santa for this year? Is there anything you really want? Have you been good?
Since I am working and have a little $ showing up in my bank, I bought myself a new wristlet purse. When I showed it to hubby, he said, "Boy, I have good taste." Yes he does! After all, he married me! That was the day before the haircut!
Did you have to ship any gifts? Do you think they will get there in time? Both my families came to visit the second week of December and we celebrated birthdays, including Jesus! No shipping for us.
I hope you get everything you want this year. Maybe a new teddy bear. And I pray that the wonderful message of Christmas is in our hearts.
The one true gift is all we need. Jesus was born to die for all of our sins.
Good day and wishing you and yours a truly merry and blessed Christmas. Really warmed up here and for Christmas day in the low 80's. Going to my sons for Christmas so I will have family for the day. Know my wife will be with us in the hearts and spirit. Enjoy the rest of the week and take care.....George
Hi Pam - how was your Tuesday? It was the winter solace and am so happy that the days will be longer! Had a busy day - got the shot in my eye. Wasn't as bad as before as I could open my eye almost right away as the pain isn't as bad, but still can't see out of it. Went to WalMart where we picked up food and treats for LuLu to drop them off Thus. at his daughter's place so she'll have everything she needs while she watches her. Got subs for dinner at Jersey Mikes as I had a gift card - it was the only thing we ate all day! And after dinner, I wrapped all my gifts - yay! So now I am all finished. Hope your day was good. Have a good Wednesday, Pam. hugs, Wendy
