Hi Pam - well we'r off to play dominos again - the gall who was supposed to cook dinner isn't coming again so the host is cooking and wee are brnging our own dessert. Just whipped up som pudding - easy and fast. Has been a beautiful day here with sun and 78 degrees - wass a bit windy out earlier but has calmed down somewhat. Really has been a quiet day - Rich had a friend come over to boost our wi-fi as it was low. He also updated and changed our ettings in laptops and cell phones. Our friend was supposed to come over and trim the trees, but had to call off due to a swollen knee. I know he has to go in for surgery for something soon - lots wrong with him as he was a Seal for 30 years! Rich mad a good breakfast of fried eggs, sausage for me and bacon for him, toast and oj. That'll hold us till dinner time. Hope we can eat what they are cooking as they are on WW - they jut mght have smaller portions. Been a sldow weekend as I didn't do much yesterday either. Hi there. Its a nice day here but a little windy. Next week is going to be cold compared to this week with everyday in the 70's. I hope you are having a great Friday afternoon and will have a nice weekend. Tomorrow is our 33rd wedding anniversary. We are planning on going to eat out for supper or dinner whatever you call the evening meal and go watch the movie called Dog. Take care my friend and lots of hugs. Cheryl
It's a nice beautiful sunny day here with temps going up to 50 - hopefully! 20 degrees cooler than the last two days, but since it isn't raining, I'll take it. We went to the American Legion last nite with our Thursday nite group. They had hamburger steak, corn or green beans, onion gravy with mashed pottoes, a roll and dessert for $8. They ran out of green beans then the hamberger steaks - obviously they had a much bigger turnout than expected. Tonite Rich is picking up spaghetti dinners from the CPOA from uptown and we'll take them with us to eat at the VFW. Our friends will eat a fish sandwich as they are on WW. A friend who is a chef and our friend is cooking so I hope it'll be good. I hope you get everything done on your list - it's a long one for sure. The only time that I REALLY plan, is when there's a ROAD TRIP involved, or a CAMPING TRIP, and neither of those is in the works, so NOTHING really...LOL
