Was a beautiful sunny day again - went to the post to get a chicken dinner and they were serving BBQ - didn't want that. Had a drink and we left. Made a killer cube steak dinner with taters and a veggie and now just relaxing watching the tube. Have a good rest of the weekend. Hugs, Wendy

Hi ya Pam - how is your fall Friday doing? Hope it's as nice there as it is over here. We are in the low 70's with lots of sun as compared to a rainy day yesterday. I was in bed all day sick, so no comments for anyone. I'm hoping to get out front on a rocking chair and enjoy a bit of this nice weather. Richie's brother was in Jersey for a while and brought us subs when he came home - nothing like a Jersey sub as it's the water in the roll and it's an Italian roll that makes it like no other. Had half last nite for dinner and the other half for lunch today. It's Friday nite and we should be in Williamsburg but I had to cancel - not sure when I'll reschedule but it would have been perfect weather to go. What a gorgeous fall morning it is. Light breeze and sunshine with temps going to mid 70's. That's a perfect fall day in my book! Nothing huge on my agenda today. Making salad for lunch and maybe go through some pictures for more scrapbooking. Be someone's sunshine today! Hugs, Nancy

Hi there. I hope you are having a wonderful afternoon. Its a little warm here today but not to bad. The mornings are cool enough that my husband wears a coat to work. Amazing how Monday just shows up on a regular basis. I have successfully ignored the morning. Well, I have made some calls and paid some bills and looked at several websites (shopping, Not shopping) and now it is afternoon.
Hubby got the front watered this morning. We were about 100° yesterday and will be again today... but tomorrow our high will be 82° with lows in the mid 50's. Yippee Yahoo.
Even though we have almost no chance of rain, we will keep watering and say, "Thank You Lord for the blessings of cooler temperatures." I know the hummingbirds are migrating through South Texas. My friends there sent videos of 10 or more hummers at their feeder at one time. It was so hot here that I just took a video of my hummingbird sitting near and protecting the feeders.
So guess I had better go find something for lunch. Something else that is amazing is how often my tummy growls to indicate that it is time to eat again... every day.
Can't seem to get a handle on time. Too much to do and too many dr apts.
