I'm not ever far away Pam. Been busy with physio gal and getting set up with a home theraputic device for my legs. Don't know if I told you that I had mild polio when I was 9. It's caught up with me (post-polio syndrome). Apparently it can raise its head up to 40 years after the initial onset. Sometimes I wonder about C-19! I probably won't be around to find out. I can empathsize with you Pam. My cousin Lila, with whom I share a suite at my Residence, has late stages of Macular Degeneration. I often become her extra eyes (and hands). It's a hard one to accept - we use our eyes so much. Stay cool. Hugs, Anne

Got up early this morning so I could go to the senior center to finish up the stepping stone project that I started last week. We had to scrap the rough spots down and then ployurathane it. I have it sitting on a table outside so it can finish up drying. Not sure where I'll find a spot for it as I don't think it'll stand up to the eliments. Went to the post office but missed it by 4 minutes - it closes at noon and re opens at 1:30. Never heard of a government office closing for an hour and a half for lunch! On the way home I stopped to get Chinese for lunch - was good as I hadn't had anything to eat except a cup of coffee when I work up at 9. It turned out to be hotter than I thought it would be after the storm we had yesterday.I t's 88! So as soon as I came home I changed out of my jeans into shorts and put my hair up in a ponytail. Gonna go out for drinks and a get together at 5 with a bunch of others - sometimes as many as 10 show up. Keep cool out your way Pam. I'm doing nothing!!! Hugs, Wendy
