Good Morning Pam, thanks about my page. So glad you like it. Yes, very hot here too in the Sunshine state! I went out to water all my plants with my dogs yesterday and was anxious to get back in the AC quickly. By evening time there is usally cloud coverr or a breeze to help cool us off a little though. I don't mind grocery shopping but I hate unloading it from the car and putting it away! Hope your Tues. is a good one. The girls are coming over later for lunch. I have some loaded potato soup on in the crockpot.

Daughter drags me shopping everywhere and so does husband, husband should have been a women, that's how much he loves to shop! Tee hee! Hope your having a super day so far! It's going to be another hot hot hot one here!
I do like food shopping but don't like shopping for clothes - guess it's the 'trying on' thing. I did buy a cheap pair of earrings today - were $14 and got them for under $3, good bath towels - bogo and a a pair of sunglasses as I sat on my other ones, and a top - no sure if I'm gonna keep it or return it. I hear ya bout the instant potatoes - I like them in a pinch myslef - especially when I make hot roast beef or turkey sandwichies and a veggie. I usually make apple, peach and blueberry pies from scratch but never a cherry - although it should be pretty easy using canned pie filling. I like food shopping so much that I might go to Aldi's tomorrow just to see what they have. It was 91 today - 94 in town and will be the same tomorrow - so summer hasn't left us yet!! good morning Pam, such sweet furbabies you have. The one with your husband iin the recliner is exactly what mine do when I'm in any chair. They wedge themselves in there too no matter how tight the fit. Off and rain for us this weekend and storms in the distance. One very close lightening strike on Sat. It was a pretty laid back weekend for us - rained yesterday and showered today. Have to be thankful Henri passed us by and that's all we got. Heard New England states got it though. Went to the post Fri nite and stayed till midnite having a blast with friends. Stopped by on Sat to see how the poker run went - the post was their last stop and they cut their ride short due to the rain. All I did was to go food shopping - bought one pack of hamburger and the total bill was $104 - prices are just nuts anymore. How are they in Texas where you are? Off to a new week - hope yours will be good. BTW, who does all the cooking in your house if you don't cook? Inquiring minds want to now!!! Hugs good nite, Wendy
