It is cold here today 49* and tonight it's going to get down in the 30's we have our heat on.Tonight for supper I am making Cajun Honey Butter Salmon rice & veggies It's a new recipe we're trying because I'm tired of making fish the same way all the time I'll let you know how it turns out next weekend Ceil & I won't be on the computer because we are getting company Friday night and they are staying until Sunday afternoon so it'll be late afternoon early Evening Sunday when we get a chance to get on the computer(That's going to be the 18-20) but we'll be talking during the week though Hugs, Robert & Ceil
Hello Pam thanks for your kind words about my page. Have you heard from your FL friend? We didn't get any if the storm thankfully. My son on the east coast got rain from it. My extended family down south are safe. Its cool, sunny and dry here, the weather we've been waiting for. Still o feel almost guilty with the devastation our fellow Floridians have down south. Fall is finally her in Pennsylvania it's cold here in the morning but it warms up a little in the afternoon Rob has been doing yardwork in the afternoon a couple days ago he trimmed our bush it was taller than him so he cut about 2' off the top of the bush Tonight Rob is making Salmon & rice and vegetables for supper Hugs Ceil

Good afternoon my friends. I sure have been busy lately. Last Wednesday we went to Amarillo, Texas for my husband's diabetic doctor appoinment. Then on that Saturday morning we went to a funeral here in town. On Sunday afternoon we went to our great niece's 9th birthday party. Then yesterday we made a trip to Oklahoma City for me a doctor appoinment. It was time for my Hormonal Pellet. I asked to get it increased because I had been having hot flashes.Got it increased and hopefull that will help. Went to see our son and his wife this morning. Trey is really doing good with his physical therapy. His therapist is going to start training him to use a cane instead of the walker. And while I was at his apartment visiting him, he had sat on the floor to play with the dog, and he got up and both legs and stood up with no help at all. We were all happy for him. He said he wanted to just take off and walk. So happy for him. Have a good afternoon and evening my friends and take care. Hugs, Cheryl
