I think mine will be a lazy one other than doing the basic housework and laundry. Rough week at work, nothing seemed to go right and we were really short of support help. Employee issues, etc. I put in 11 3/4 hours of over-time this week, I am tired and burnt out. Kind of in the I don't care mode lol...

Good afternoon Pam Rob & I have been up since 4:30 this morning and we had our coffee while watching the morning news and after we finished our coffee I started to make stuffed peppers in the crock-pot and after we got the peppers in the crock-pot we went back into the living room and watched TV for awhile then at 7:15 Rob went upstairs and went on the computer for 1/2 an hour then he came back downstairs and we started to cut up what we had left of the peppers and cut up some onions and added then to the peppers then I got the canning pot going for the waterbath to process them while Rob made the pickling brine to put into the pint mason jars over the peppers and onions and when the water in the canning pot started to boil we started to pack the peppers & onions into the jars and put the pickling brine in the jars as well then we put the filled jars on the canning rack then lowered the rack into the water and processed them and we did this prcess twice and we got 10 1/2 pints of pickled sweet peppers and it was 9:00 when we finished and cleaned up then we went into the living room and watch TV for awhile then at 12:00 we went upstairs and went into the bedroom and laid down until 2:00 then we went downstairs and turned the crock-pot on high to finsh cooking the peppers and they should be ready around 4:00 and now I'm on the computer getting caught up with my messages tomorrow we're going to can green & wax beans and in a couple weeks we're going to make/can pizza sauce then our pantry will be full for the winter Hugs,Ceil & Robert

Hi there. I haven't been on here this week cause I have been sick. I went to the doctor this afternoon cause I thought I had a sinus infection. They did a test for strep and covid. Came back positive for Covid. I have all the symtoms for it too. Not happy about this at all. I have been spending most of my days laying on the couch. Hope you are having a nice week. Take care.
