Got the new bathroom floor in - looks nice but so different - have to get used to it but loving the new smell. Went food shopping as they had crab legs on sale and several BOGO free things. Also got cherries as they were on sale too. Tomorrow is the last day of the month - can you believe it? Time is surely is Flying by.

Hi friend - hope your day was a good one. mine was a bit busy - went to see my surgeon who did my hip operation and all the x-rays showeed I healed well and everything was good. I don't have to go back to see him for a year. Its been 88 for the past 2 days and will be in the 90s fo the next 5 days so i'll be in the AC for most of the time. Good Morning Wednesday! My day off and I will be outside watering plants this morning.
I saw this picture and what memories it brought back of just over 20 years ago when we lived in South Texas. I had a 3' tub planter of Bird of Paradise with lots of blooms that I left behind when we moved.
What? You left a plant behind? Yes, I knew it would not survive in this colder weather. It still breaks my heart.
Now before that Texas sun beats down on us again today, I really need to water the plants I do have growing and wilting daily.
After all, they are all lined up waiting for a refreshing drink this morning. Then there is the grocery list that is waiting too.
Seems like everyone in this house wants to be fed... dogs and humans alike.
