Hello Karen--I know what you mean about things lasting very long. A couple years ago had to get a new stove. I always have electric stoves. Have a black one. My other one was also black but this isn't as nice as the black one that died on me. I also had to get new refrigerator couple years ago. That is also black. The freezer is in pull out drawer. But We also have upright freezer in back room. Sure hope everything last until I expire. You and loved ones have a good weekend. hugs and love Helen

Going to the VFW tonite - it's Friday right? Our friends won't be there as they have been invited to her brother's house with some other friends. I think it'll be a bit of a party as it's her birthday!! Got to get the wash into the dryer - haven't yet trained it to jump over to the dryer - slow learner! Hi there Karen, boy am I late with the comments tonight. don't know what I have done all day to be so late. the weather up here is cool and very humid although we didn't get any rain today. Mostly just overcast. I am hoping that whatever the meds you are on now will do the trick and make you better. Let me know how you make out on the 30th at the Dr. Getting my hair cut tomorrow, it is getting very thin and thinking of a wig, I really don't ever see any hair fall out, it just happens. Makes me mad trying to cover up the bald spots all the time. Oh well, must be vain I guess. !!! LOL Hope you have a good day Karen, sending much love and hope you will soon be okay. Hi, We are having snow now and going tohave very extremely cold temperatures tonight. Below Zero Wind Chills. BRR... Hubby has to take a friend to the hospital for a MRI in the morning at 7 am. It is going to be so cold. Our Friend is a very elderly lady with severe pain so it is going to be so hard on her. Please Pray for her and my hubby. He took her to the doctor today for a fracture in her elbow. She is having so much pain with it. Wish it wasn't going to be so cold. Have a safe warm night. Hi Karen, so sorry to hear your son is ill. I've had so many in my famly with cancer as well. I'll pray for your son. We had bad wind and rainstorms blow through late last night and this morning everything was a mess outside. Blown every which way. Getting cooler now and that's fine by me.
