It is a sad, sad day. All 7 of my big plants did not survive the cold with no electricity for days in Texas.
Above is my Gardenia and below are my lemon trees.
The lemons are soft and squishy. Only one came off easily, meaning it is ready. When you cut into it, it is pulled away from the rind but it smells amazing. So it will be a lemonade kind of day. We do have beautiful bright sunshine and not a cloud in the sky. Temperatures are mid 60's.
So here I am wishing you the best middle of the week possible. Share that smile!
Good morning Marykey, the sun is shining here too. It sure looks like spring. But this is Michigan, the weather changes from day to day. Get your shot, that virus is still here. Stay safe, stay home if you can. Hugs.
Happy hump day to you. Warming up a lot in our area being in the 70's. Going to have to give several of our plants last rites that didn't make it in the freeze even being protected. Just too cold too long. Enjoy the rest of week.
Hi there. Hope you are having a good day and the sun is shining there like it is here. We need some rain as it is very dry here. Hopefully we will get some in a couple of days. Its a breezy day here and going to get up in the mid 60's. Have a good day my friend and take care. Cheryl
