Sounds like fun.  I wish we would get some rain.  Haven't had any in weeks and weeks.  Everything is dead.  I keep trying to keep my trees a live.  Most of the wild bunnies are gone cause nothing is growing so they don't have any food. Pretty bad situation out here.

We had a good 'ole Texas thunderstorm last night with LOTS of lightning and thunder with wind and pouring down rain.  It only lasted 15-40 minutes depending on where you live in the metroplex but it dumped an inch or more of rain.  

Guess what it left behind?  That's right, lots of leaves to pick up, rake, or mulch with the mower.  It also left us with cooler temperatures again.  

My son's friend Paul, passed away yesterday.  I just want to say "Thanks for your prayers".  I am thankful my son got into Paul's room at the hospital to visit with his family.

It is a dreary Fall day here.  We are due storms early tomorrow morning.  

We are supposed to go to dinner this evening with friends.  I sure don't enjoy driving after dark so wish us luck.

Hi there. Its a beautiful afternoon here. I love all the trees that the leaves are turning yellow here. They are so bright. Not liking the time change. I don't like how dark it is by 6 in the evening. Doing my laundry right now. When it gets done in the dryer I will need to fold and put it away. Then I will have time to look at some new magazines I got in the mail. I hope you have a good rest of your day my friend and take care.
