It's national dog day Pam !! I'm sure you know that but your layouts in your message sure were cute. It was 92 today but it wasn't too bad a I didn't stay outside very long. Our neighbors have an above ground pool and two kids - I didn't know why they aren't in it every day. He's in Fla., and I know she works also, but on days one or the other or both were home, I can't see why they didn't use it more. The son is 17 and the daughter is 8, so he could be out there with her. But maybe they aren't home either. You never know about your neighbors.
Don't have to play dominos tomorrow as our friends are camping. It'll be nice to stay home . We especially love when they go awasy ing the fall as we get to watch football, right now it's college and pre-season - Pre-season is ok but we aren't collage football fans. Our day was long, Pam. Rich had a doc app. today at 1 and we got lost - he didn't use the GPS - thought he knew the way - got there 20 mins late and we had to wait an hour before being seen. Stopped to eat at a place I always wanted to go to but we rarely came this way home, we didn't stop. Glad we did as the food was good and the portions were big. We took half of everything home so we'll have a good lunch tomorrow. Not doing a thing but some house work and maybe laundry. It'll be another 90 degree tomorrow and will feel like 100. Was a real pretty day here today - temp in the low 80's not humidity sunny and with a nice breeze all day. Think tomorrow is gonna be a scorcher though - back up into the 90's. So am thankful that we are having such nice weather. Didn't do much today just hung around the house doing what i need. Had sliced tomatoes that I got from the farmer yesterday and the corn on the cob and chicken cutlets that I sauteed up. Ate a couple plums for dessert.
