Closing out another
month that went by fast. Getting a cold front coming in that will get us
close to freezing temps so going to protect plants in case of frost.
Afraid the trick or treaters are going to have rain & cold temps for
Halloween. We bought a lot of candy but most of it is the kind we like
so time will tell. Have a bootiful day.............George

Today was still another beautiful 72 degree day.  Went to the oyster roast at the VFW  and saw lots of friends there who also support the VFW.  The bake sale was a big sucess as all the money went to the auxillary.  Hope you had a wonderful fall day.  Enjoy your Sunday.  Hugs, Wendy

Thursday night with strong winds & dumping seven inches of rain on
us . Thankfully it had stopped before I got to the school crossing but
wore my rain suit to be safe . Looks looks other parts of the country
are getting hit too . Spotted this in a drainage ditch yesterday morning
