Good Morning! I need some advice today... Does this tree make me look fat? Now I need an honest answer.
I mean, after all, I spotted this tree first. And I really thought that I would have people staring at me if I wore it. Don't you agree?
Maybe this tree looks better on me. What do you think? I am so glad we are friends and I can trust you to tell me the truth.
I have been trying to stay away from bright colors like in this tree. OK, it might have been the lightning that I was trying to stay away from. But after 65 days with no rain, I might just have to throw caution to the wind. Can't wait to hear your suggestions!
Well Monday is here again - the start of the new week - hpe yours has been a good one. I went out to breakfast around noon, so we had lunch instead Cleaned and vacuumed this afternoon and have a meetng tonite to go to. Glad they serve soemthing to eat - I'll have the other half of the pork tenderloin tomorrow! Have a good rest of the evening/nite. Hugs, Wendy
Do you EVER have one of those mornings? You know, you wake up to problems. Then several hours later you are finally ready to start your day and still need some coffee.
I guess it really started at 12:45 am. The dogs all decided to bark and run out the doggie door after waking up the entire neighborhood. Thank goodness I fell asleep early watching a movie and already had 3 hours sleep by then. Went back to sleep for another three hours after finishing the movie.
Ok! So now let's get this week started.
Monday Monday... so good to me!

It's a quiet Sunday for me. Had lots of sunshine one minute then it poured for about 3 minutes then the sun was out again. Made bananna bread this afternoon - hope it turned out good - it's cooling now. My granddaughter turned 23 today so I gave her a call. She was watching her boyfriend play baseball - oh to be young again. Have a blessed day.
Just a note to say hello and wish you a happy Sunday. Hope you are doing well and not having the heat wave in your area. It was overly hot here in Oregon last week with temps over 100 everyday, 114 was our hottest day.. Thankfully the temps dropped back in the upper 90's for the last several days but will probably go back up.

It is so HOT that fake plants are the only thing that might be alive right now. If you walk on the grass next to the driveways, it just CRUNCHES under your feet. There is no green anywhere.
Our friends have flown the coop. Ok, they are driving back to Lubbock. Just say a prayer that the doctors find out the cause of her balance problems. She just wants a solution so she doesn't end up not being able to walk.
They drove off and I just collapsed on Hubby's shoulder. I cried for a while. I already miss them so much. I used to do that everytime my son drove away. But we will see them again... until then our love will continue to grow!
