it won't be long before all our green will be gone, and replaced with all the colors of fall! We are in 2nd summer right now, Saturday is supposed to be 100*
I am still walking some, going to get out later to try a little longer walk, my knee is better, but still hurts...just not as bad as Monday.
Yesterday, I finally went to Holland Lake to do my morning walk..this photo I took from an old wooden bridge that went over a small portion of it. It's not a very large lake, can't even put a boat on it! I walked about 3 miles, and my right knee is yelling at me because of it LOL! Taking a break from walking today to rest it. I iced it up last night and again earlier this morning, now I have ALEVE pain relief cream smeared the whole circumference of my knee.
