There is a potato festival going on in Elizbeth City this weekend - lots and lots f folks come to see it and walk the streets and taste everything from potato ice cream to potatoe hot dogs. I survived Friday! It was supposed to be an easy day... Well, I always find stuff to do and can't just leave things undone or not finish a project.
I was like, "Don't bother me. I am on a roll and working hard to finish what I started."
Besides, if you stay busy it makes the time fly. I didn't even finish my coffee until 2:30 and ate my sandwich while putting labels on brochures. I just hate lazy people that hide from work and don't do what needs to be done.
Now, it is like nothing to worry about on Monday except on to the next project ~ woo hoo! I am just enjoying the weekend. The yard got mowed and the rains came! God is good!
The Longhorn girls won their softball game yesterday and the Longhorn boys won their second game of the weekend yesterday. But today they both play at the same time across the street from each other in Austin.

Yeah its Friday and we don't have to wake up early in the morning. Its a cool 54* here and cloudy. Had some rain almost all night long and this morning.
