Just dropping by to see how you are and wishing a blessed weekend. Another great college football game day. Enjoy your weekend and new week on the way.....George
Today is one of those days, not because of rain but because we started at 35 again today. This is already the third time this month. I am ready for spring, for flowers to emerge and bloom, and warm temperatures.
How many days until Spring? At least I haven't had to turn the heat on yet. But my windows are not open either.
So here I sit dreaming of the future. Guess I had better get up and enjoy every minute of the day and celebrate Saturday with you.
Thanks for stopping by and sharing your world with me.
lol the dog reminds me of mine I had for 19 1/2 years she loved the leves tonight they say the temperature is going to 34 degrees brrr am trying to get my outside stuff done quickly and my DAR things finished today
Well I'm here in Williamsburg - took us longer than it should due to the directions on the GPS - but we made it safe and sound. The worse part so far was trying to find a place to eat dinner. There was an hour wait at the place we wanted to eat and so many of the other places were packed. I finally found a place off the main road that was Italian - no line, no wait time and we had a really good meal. Took back leftovers. Enjoy! Hugs, Wendy
Hi there. Its a sunny day here today but it doesn't feel warm at all. The wind is blowing out of the north and its cold. Tomorrow is supposed to be warmer. In the 60's. Have a nice rest of your Friday and a very nice weekend my friend. Take care.
Great photo of the dog jumping in the leaf pile! It made me laugh. We awoke to a ground cover of snow this morning. Let Winter begin!!! Rifle hunting for deer season starts in two days and last through November. I just cringe every year. We have a handful of does and their last fawns come in the yard still. Well, guess I should get around and get a few things done. Have a relaxing weekend! Smiles, Shirley
I sure am getting hungry for pmpkin and pecan pie and the whole Thanksgiving feast for that matter! Wishing you a wonderful day full of joy and excitement for the upcoming holidays. Hugs, Nancy
We had a good 'ole Texas thunderstorm last night with LOTS of lightning and thunder with wind and pouring down rain. It only lasted 15-40 minutes depending on where you live in the metroplex but it dumped an inch or more of rain.
Guess what it left behind? That's right, lots of leaves to pick up, rake, or mulch with the mower. It also left us with cooler temperatures again.
My son's friend Paul, passed away yesterday. I just want to say "Thanks for your prayers". I am thankful my son got into Paul's room at the hospital to visit with his family.
LOVE the wonderful feeling that dog jumping into those leaves gives me. Thanks!
