For many the long weekend has started. I can hardly wait to hear all the things you are doing for this US holiday and how you spent your extra day off. For us nothing will be different except trying to calm our four scared dogs as the fireworks go boom.
We have already been to visit friends. Our kids are in Mexico visiting and vacationing. Our adopted family is out of town looking at property for their real estate business.
Yesterday late afternoon we heard thunder and saw lightning. We got a small shower or two but not much rain. Then we woke up this morning to rain. It didn't quit until mid afternoon today. So we ended up with 1-1/2" of rain total. Boy, is it humid. Hard to breathe. Hope your weather is just perfect for the weekend.

Just dropping by to say hello. I hope you are doing well and having a good week so far. Weekend will soon be upon us. Hope you are having some decent weather. We were having a heat wave here in Oregon. Temps got up to 115. I do like the heat but that was way too hot. Hello Mary Kay we weren't on "TheHill" yesterday I was helping our plumber install our new hot water heater while Ceil got supper started and when we were finished we ate supper while we waited for the water to heat up then we took our showers and after we dried off we went upstairs and watched TV until after we watched the news then we went back downstairs and loaded/ran the dishwasher then we went back upstairs and watched TV while we played games on our phones until we were ready to go to bed.Hugs,Robert & Ceil
