Gorgeous day for the VFW's oyster roast - lots of folks attened and I think the post came out good. We got there around noon and stayed til 4:30 - sat ouside at the pic-nic tables for most of the day - so nice. Ate a chicken platter - can't do oysters - YUCK - you could get them steamed and open them yourself or fried. Had a few peanut butter n crackers around 8:30 cause I am still full. Sounds like you also had good weather also - it should be good all week - unusual for November. Dominos tomorrow nite so I probably won't be here. Have a good weekend. Hugs, Wendy

We used to trim our bushes, but no more. Old age gets in the way of doing so many things. Good for you for trimming yours just the way you wanted them! I'm sure they look very nice.

good morning, i have been pretty busy this week. since it's been so nice out, i trimmed alot of bushes, pretty proud of myself, they turned out looking really nice. i usually get some-one to trim them in the spring. hope everything is well with you...have a wonderful day..hugs..marykay
Good morning Mary Kay Thursday was my birthday and Ceil made me stuffed manicotti & broccoli salad and we also had a red velvet cake and to wash it all down we had a glass of our homemade wine and yesterday Ceil got caught up with the housework while I went outside and put up our XMas lights and made sure they all worked we won't turn them on until Thanksgiving though and today we're washing the bedding and getting caught up with the dishes and while the bedding is washing we are on the computer and after we get the bed made we'll go downstairs and get our supper started and we're going to have a sausage & onion pizza with homemade crust & pizza sauce and after we eat we'll take our showers then go upstairs and lay on the bed and watch TV while we play games on my phone until after we watch the news then we'll go on the computers and we'll check our messages then play our games and when we're finished on our computers we'll shut them down and go back into the bedroom and lay on the bed watching TV while we play games on my phone until we're ready to go to bed.Hugs,Robert & Ceil
