Hello Pam - how are you doing today? Guess you arre still at work. Any luck in the hiring process for a new person ? I hope for your sake they find someone soon. It's real nice here with temps in the 80's and sunny. Haven't done a thing today except have my coffee. My grandfather had a rose garden and they were a mix of all colors, pinks, red, oranges and maybe white. He ordered them from some catalog and you could see them from the kitchen window. I remember there was also a lilly that I think was called a Tiger lilly that was orange but had black dots in it - they would rub off on your fingers if you rubbed them. Happy Flag Day to you too Pam. I bought Rich a flag pole set a couple Christmas's ago and he's been flying it ever since. I usually put out little flags to line the driveway but with my hip I can't bend over like that so it didn't get done. Maybe by the 4th I can do it. Made a crock pot chicken and gravy dinner - turned out good - had it over noodles, corn on the cob and tomato, cukecumber and onion salad with Italian dressing - everything was good. Then had Rich take me out after everythign was cleaned up and put away and our dinner settled to DQ where I got a Sundae and he got a Reese blizzard. Waterfalls are pretty and relaxing, Pam. In 2020, I was supposed to visit Bosnia and Croatia, but alas the Covid pandemic put stop to that trip. One of the places I wanted to visit was the Krka National Park where they have beautiful waterfalls.
Hope you had a good day. I know mine was. I only cleaned the bathroom that we are using and did a load of sheets, dried and folded them. Then went to meet Richie's brother and his wife at Ruby Tuesday's for dinner. We had cheesburgers and 2 beers and a drink and the bill was $55 - I was a bit shocked but it was the drinks that added the extra money. There is nothing to do tomorrow so we'll take it easy.
