Howdy Pamela! How's your Saturday treating you? It's a real nice mild day for the beginning of March - the sun is out and all is well. Went to a wake which we thought was at 1 but it's not till 6 tonite - the same time as a birthday party for our friend at the Moose. Oh well, we'll be late for that as we need to be their at the wake for support for our auxillary member and friend. So we went out for lunch - I got a chicken salad club and onion rings and could only eat half, so that will be lunch tomorrow just hope I am hungry when we get to the party as I still feel full. it was a rainy day her but I had to go out to get a card and a gift for tomorrow nite's party for a friend It'll be held at the Moose and I don't know how many folks will be there but I heard he's ordering food for lots of people. The Thai food was really good last nite - wasn't spicy at all and was pretty good. I will go again. Rich and I and his brother and his wife went to the CPOA for drinks after as they didn't serve beer. I had nothing. He's at the VFW tnite - I stayed home as our friends are camping and this way he can go and have agood time by himeself. He should be home soon as they close at midnite. Got all my housework done so I can be lazy or read a book or color on my picture that I'm working on. What are you doing this afternoon? I hear lthis morning that DFW are was going to get some rough weather today - how did everything turn out? I hope your area was safe and sound. I'll have to watch the news tonite to see if anything like tornados happened. I wentto a cooking demo this morning that tught us about herbs and how to use, grow and store them. She made chicken salad using some and with grapes and yogurt - was good. Then we went to dinner to a Thai place and what I got there was pretty good too. Went to see my son this morning and then had lunch with him and his girlfriend at Pizza Hut. Had a good time, then came home and took a much needed nap and got my last load of laundry in the dryer.
