Rainy day here Pam - staying in. It's Thursday and our day to go out with others, but we decided to have pea soup for dinner , so one by one others opted out as well. I needed more carrots and celery so I went to the little farm market down the road, but they didn't have either - so we are out of soup and dinner out!!! Thankfully we have some leftovers and we'll go shopping tomorrow. It's a shame those animals you sent in your comment had to be taken from their homeland, just for public display. Yes it's nice people over hear can see animals like this from foreign lands, but it has to be very upsetting for the animals not to be free anymore. Hope you're having a better day - it's 45 out - hope it's warmer there in Texas. Hugs, Wendy
Our wee critters are showing up now. Saw a whole host of wild turkeys yesterday (a couple of dozen at least) - they were moving along the field at a great pace. Let you know when I see my first Robin.
The return of the Hummingbirds, ALWAYS, puts a smile on my face, and the animals know far more about the actions of Nature than any of us do! That's why I always listen to them...
GOOD MORNING, LOVE, HUGS & BLESSINGS, Ms. Pam, I pray YOU have a THRILLINGLY THIRSTY THURSDAY, and have had a TREMENDOUS WEEK, my friend...
Good afternoon my friend. I hope its a good one for you. Its not a bad day here. But its calm before the storm that is coming sometime tonight. We could get some snow. I don't want snow but at least its some moisture. Have a great rest of you day and take care. Cheryl
It's a dismal day here after heavy rains lasst nite - only 58 which really isn't bad but after 2 days at 80 or near, it just seems bone chilling cold. Gonna make salisbury steak for dinner tonite and gonna have to start it as soon as this scary movie we are watching is over - called Antlers and is on Prime. Good day to stay sin and watch a movie. Hope your day is better than ours, hugs, Wendy
Have a good Wednesday even if you have a little sleet., Pam. I know you are still enjoying the celebration of your anniversary from last week. Hugs and stay warm. Nancy
Well we had another pretty day here Pam - was 68 and sunny. Glad you and honey have had so many wonderful years together. I've been back with Rich for 8 years but the last several have been rocky. People think I'm the bad one as he runs his mouth anytime we have an argument and really strethes the truth. But I know I'm not a bad person, and I certainly don't run my mouth. Sorry I ran my mouth to you - so read an forget. I did lots of house work - dirty workds - and made goulash for dinner - wass good a I haven't made that in a while. I asked Rich to take my car and go fill it up before I wouldn't be able to get gas at all. Only got 12 gals and spent 40$. I know there are folks wondering if going to workk is even worth it anymore. How much is gas in your area in Texas, Pam? Our friends have a big deisel and he said it cost him 150 for just half a tank. This war sure is costing all of us big time. Have a pleasant nite and a good day tomorrow. Hugs, Wendy
