Another weekend is upon us, I do hope yours is an enjoyable one. Kind of cool here, only going to be in the mid 50's. Just a couple days ago it was in the mid 70's, funny how it can change 20 degrees in 2 days. Typical Spring weather I suppose. I'm ready for it to get warm and stay warm. We're not getting those wind gusts but we are getting some flashes of snow. Thankfully it's 39 degrees and it's not sticking. I expect tonight and tomorrow morning it will stick once the temp drops. I figure a dusting at best. It will go away this week for sure because we're dues for a warm up.

Hello Pam, our rain stopped finally and I am enjoying the sunshine. We had 2 days and nights of storms and tornado watches and very gusty winds. Hope you're enjoying nice Spring weather. It's chilly here too but it feels good. huggies, Beth
Just a note to say good evening and hope you had a good day. It was beautiful here - in the 70's and sunny all day long. Went to the center and made bunnies for the craft - one male and one female - dressed them up and decorated them. So cute. Came home and decorated the house with some spring things and put away some snowmen that were left out. Think I'm behind a little? Went out to dinner with our Thursday nite group to a habachi place - love seeing the guy perform all his stuff and the good food. After we got home for about a half hour we got a huge thunderstorm that even had hail with it. Up in Norfolk and Virginia Beach they though it was a strong possibility of tornados. They were even forcasting it an hour or so before it came to our area and for people to take cover. Have a good Friday - can't remember if you are working or not - but enjoy. I need to get my humming bird feeders out - hope I can remember. Hugs, Wendy
Good Morning to you. I've already been out and about this morning as I wanted to get the things I needed at Dollar General before the wind got up. Its going to be a awful windy day here today. Hi, my friend, I don't believe how long since I have been here on The Hill. Thank you so much for the sweetest comments... I really appreciate them all. Well,... I have been busy with work around the house and the aches and pains of getting older; and preventing me from getting work done. I have avoided the "Virus", don't go anywhere to stay safe. But, I am getting into doing crafts again. Won't be going back to craft shows just yet, so will be selling on line; again, to stay safe from the "Virus". Winter has been gone from N. H., not that we got much of one at all this year. I'm getting ready to start the container veggie garden for 2022. Daily rain coming up, so I'll start the day after Easter.
Hopefully, now that I am fully retired, I wil be here more often. I have always done my own cooking, but the same old same old. So, I have been getting into cooking new & different recipies/foods. Well, I need to get back to work here; there is enough at my house and property to keep me working full time for several years. It's that old addage "The cobler's kids always end up going barefoot." Just got back last night from being out of town since Sunday. We had to travel out of town to attend a funeral for a relative and just got back last night. So I'm back here seeing how everyone is doing and hope you are having a good week. We have another funeral to go to this Friday but its here in town. Makes for a hard week. One on Monday and then one on Friday. I'm doing good just doing the laundry. Got one load in the washer and one load in the dryer and another load waiting to be done.
