So what did you ask Santa for this year? Is there anything you really want? Have you been good?
Since I am working and have a little $ showing up in my bank, I bought myself a new wristlet purse. When I showed it to hubby, he said, "Boy, I have good taste." Yes he does! After all, he married me! That was the day before the haircut!
Did you have to ship any gifts? Do you think they will get there in time? Both my families came to visit the second week of December and we celebrated birthdays, including Jesus! No shipping for us.
I hope you get everything you want this year. Maybe a new teddy bear. And I pray that the wonderful message of Christmas is in our hearts.
The one true gift is all we need. Jesus was born to die for all of our sins.
Good day and wishing you and yours a truly merry and blessed Christmas. Really warmed up here and for Christmas day in the low 80's. Going to my sons for Christmas so I will have family for the day. Know my wife will be with us in the hearts and spirit. Enjoy the rest of the week and take care.....George
Hi Pam - how was your Tuesday? It was the winter solace and am so happy that the days will be longer! Had a busy day - got the shot in my eye. Wasn't as bad as before as I could open my eye almost right away as the pain isn't as bad, but still can't see out of it. Went to WalMart where we picked up food and treats for LuLu to drop them off Thus. at his daughter's place so she'll have everything she needs while she watches her. Got subs for dinner at Jersey Mikes as I had a gift card - it was the only thing we ate all day! And after dinner, I wrapped all my gifts - yay! So now I am all finished. Hope your day was good. Have a good Wednesday, Pam. hugs, Wendy
~ Merry Christmas~ Cold here~But we are getting our much needed Water...Snow in the Mountains.....Rain coming more all week~.....Hope you have a Blessed Christmas~ Hugs Lorri
I have my hands in water all the time since I do 98% of the cooking and clean up, Pam. That's why I can't keep any of my nails. Went to Virginia today to honey's daughter's as she is gonna watch our dog while we go away. She has a male dog and we needed to know if they would get along. They did as our LuLu is so calm she just let him keep sniffing her and finally laid down and went to sleep. His daughter works from home so everyting should be fine. Good thing I made ham and bean soup yesterday as that's what we had for dinner - easy peasy! Made garlic toast to go along with it. Tomorrow I have an eye appointment and get another shot - bad timing as I have to wrap gifts tomorrow as I didn't do any today. Hope you enjoyed this last Monday of the year. Wishing you a good nite. Hugs, Wendy
Hi there. We had a nice weekend out of town. Its always nice to see our grandsons and daughter. Everyone is doing good. I'm on my last load of laundry that is in the dryer. Its been a busy day. Hope yours has been a good one. Take care my friend. Cheryl
Yes Chritmas is a big day. For me it was great long time ago asa my hubby was here, Now its quite with son and I and some times my daughter from Columbus. May get a few gifts. my 16 granddaughter may come over.
good morning, your haircut and Christmas nails look so nice, Pam. Hope your weekend was nice and relaxing. We got 2 plus inches of well needed rain here. Did some shopping and went out to lunch after Church yesterday with hubby. We are still gray and chilly here but the cold temps feel more like Christmas so I don't mind. Hope your Monday is good! holiday hugs from Foggy Florida, Beth
I'm on Santa's bad list - no wonder I didn't see you there - you must have been very, very good Pam. I don't know how you have the time to keep up yor nails the way you do with workiing and all, but they are always nice done and verry pretty. Do you have a 3 day weekend for Christmas? You should and maybe a half day on Thursday too. I need to start wrapping my gifts tomorrow and need to buy a few stocking stuffers for my sons. It gets harder and harder every year to get them something. All I really did was wash the entire bedding, make ham and bean soup and dinner with aa few peices of the ham. This way I won't have to worry about making dinner. Then I just have to worry about 3 more days as we'll be getting subs from our favorite store when we travel home. Have a quiet nite, Pam and enjoy it. Hugs, Wendy
