Sorry about your weather, Pam. We have beautiful sky here in Austin, Tx with lots of sunshine. My son David and I will go out for lunch today and then just come home to relax with reading and good TV tonite. Hugs, Nancy
We are having a nice rainy day and then overnight will turn into snowflakes. There is a twinkle in my eyes just thinking about the snowflakes coming down from the sky. In the mean time I am having a cup of caramel pumpkin flavored coffee to make my day even more special. May you day be nice to you.
A very good day to you and wishing all is well with you and yours. sure getting spoiled with our beautiful weather. Going tomorrow for PET scan to see how cancer is doing then see oncologist next week to find out results. Keep your fingers crossed. Enjoy your day and share your blessings......George
Evenng Pam - it was just a perfect, lovely day here - 73 and sunny and mild. I should have gotten out but was in the house looking for my meds -( an cleaning I had to pick up and hid/move stuff since we were having his daghterr and gran in the house while we were away. He doesn't even know his gran so she is a stranger and I hardly know his daughter. Haven't talked to her in a couple years - his doing! My feet are already starting to bother me - so it's gonna be a bad nite and for another week to 10 days - at least I hope that's as long as it's gonna take for my doc to order the med - good thing I'm seeing him tomorrow!. Hope you've had a beautiful Tuesday - sweet dreams. Hugs, Weendy
Hi there. Its a beautiful afternoon here. I love all the trees that the leaves are turning yellow here. They are so bright. Not liking the time change. I don't like how dark it is by 6 in the evening. Doing my laundry right now. When it gets done in the dryer I will need to fold and put it away. Then I will have time to look at some new magazines I got in the mail. I hope you have a good rest of your day my friend and take care.
Evenng Pam - Is Doc Shell back up and running? I didn't know - last couple of times I checked they were still out of business. I used to use their tags all the time and once in a while a background. I'll have to go take a look. I got treated to lunch - we rarely eat breakfast, then to Pier 17 - a noodle/seafood place for dinner after our auxillary meeting. Left the post early and most everyone skeedatttled (sp). What happened to your son and his friend? I will send up a prayer for both of them. Yes we have so many blessing for all of us even if it's the family and friends we have to this beautiful world we live in. I am thankful for seeing the new moon tonite - it's so beautiful in the black sky - I love the moon! Hope the rest of the week goes smoothly for you. Good nite hugs, Wendy
good morning Pam, a chilly start to our day with 39 for our temps but no frost yet like you've had. Brrr! Friday was miserable with a cold rain and the temps struggling to get out of the 40s that day. That's winter for us! lol. Yesterday was busy with cooking after church. I made pumpkin pie bars, pig in the blankets and then beef stew for supper. We are sunny today and warming up more each day I think. Have a good new week and take care of those plants! Beth
Hey Pam - got home around noon - unpacked and watched some football - was so tired I fell asleep on the couch for a short nap. The Cowboys were getting their asses kicked, so we turned that game off and watched Green Bay and they lost too as their quarterback is out with a postive ' Covid' test. We were up every nite late and up every morning early and on the go after eating breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon and biscuits. Didn't go thru Williamsburg itself, but went to lots of other places and had a good time. It was misty the last day we were there but went to craft shows and antique places and it started raining when we got close to home. Got a call from our friends saying we forgot our pillows so they will bring them to the meeting tomorrow nite. Saves us a 30 min ride each way. Thanks for all the pics of your back yard - you certainly have a lot to do in it alone. There isn't anything in Richie's backyard but two trees on the side edge and two big overgrown huge bushes. The back of his property is a line of trees and on the other side is a 7 acre field. There is a small area on the front of the house where I have my plants. The rest of the front are just bushes. Neither he or his wife were plant or flower people. So how do you like the early darkness now? I absolutely don't like it one bit - despressing. Did you get to take advantage of the extra hour of sleep this morning or did you wake up extra early? I can't wait to sleep late tomrrow - back to normal!! Have a good Monday, Pam. Hugs, Wendy
