Hi there. We got a short relief from the heat. We had some nice rain this morning and it was nice and cool but now its gotten humid. I had all my windows open letting in the nice cool air but I had to shut them and turn on the air conditioner. It feels so much better now. I hope you get some relief from the heat soon. Hello my friend. How are you? I'm doing much better since I took a nap. I went grocery shopping at Walmart this morning and was so tired when I got home. I think it due to all this heat we have been having. Take care and stay cool. Cheryl
It's hot steamy mornings and afternoon thunderstorms this week. I've been enjoying lots of fresh peaches and ate my last two this morning. Evening Pam. How did your Wednesday go? I know we had a hot humid day - felt like 105. I guess your day was hot but I don't think you have the humidity like we do over on the East coastline. Went to the doctor's for Rich and stopped at the little Italian restaraunt for a late lunch so I didn't make dinner - we just had cheese, pepperoni and crackers a little while ago. Went to dinner with friends who are leaving for 6 weeks on vacation tomorrow or Friday morn. It was at a little place for all you can eat shrimp. I had two plates of friend and one of steamed. It was good but very slow inbetween plates as there was only one waitress. It's a small place but extremely contantly busy. Tomorrow we will be having dinner with our Thursday nite group and have a cookout at the senior center for lunch so we'll be eating out all day!!!
