I am really starting to think about fall. This morning I just had to have some caramel pumpkin flavored coffee from the New England coffee blends. Ever so smooth and tasty. Now where is my pumpkin muffin? Opps forgot to make some. I will need to do that one of these days and or pumpkin scones. In the mean time I am having some lemon scones with my coffee on this summer day.
Inbetween the household duties I am having fun putting a puzzle together just for the fun of it to make my day more pleasant. May you find happiness with your moments today. Smiles Gloria

Hey Pam - how's your mid week day going? Woke up to more flooding this morning - rained hard again last nite and everywhere you look is water - like living on a lake. Some home have no front yards and the water is halfway down the street. Honey has anotehr meeting again tonite - brought home two pork bbq sandwiches last nite - ate one even though I made shrimp scampi for myself for dinner It sure was good. Staying home as I just don't feel like going out. Not doing any house work either as I did a lot of it yesterday. Might do another load of wash and that's about it. Whatever you do,, hope you have a good go at it.

Hi there. Its a nice afternoon here. I haven't had to turn on the air conditioner yest so that is definetly a plus. But by the weekend we will as it will be up in the 100's. I could do without that heat. I hope you are having a good afternoon my friend and take care. Cheryl
Afternoon Pam ........does you hubby have cataracts? Is that why he is getting lazar surgery on his eye? Hope all goes well and that his sight imporves with htis surgery. It's been an overcast day with a high of 76 and a low tonite of 69 - sure no August weather. Not sure what Mother Nature is hurrying things along - even thoug we are a bit south, the winters here can get really cold - so I'm all for the summer sticking around. Have been busy doing chores around the house and the dryer just went off so I need to get those jeans out and folded. Tomorrow I'll do the towels and sheeets, as I've mopped all the floors and did a bit of dusting. Have a lovely rest of the day. Hugs, Wendy
