HI THERE PAM, MY PLANS ARE TO JUST GET THROUGH THIS COVID MESS AND FOR THE FOREST FIRES TO STOP IN OUR PROVINCE HERE. ALL MY FAMILY WERE EVACUATED BUT NOW SOME HAVE BEEN TOLD THEY CAN GO BACK HOME. A FRIEND LOST ALL OF HER PROPERTY, HOUSE, PUMP HOUSE, BARN, HAY AND CORRAL FOR THE HORSES. HAVE TO PCIK UP HORSES ON THE WEEKEND TO PUT INTO A MADE UP SHELTER. SUCH DRASTIC TIMES UP HERE. Its a hot Friday afternoon here. Its 95 and feels like 97. I can sure do without the humidity. I'm busy with the laundry and I have dishes to do but waiting for the chicken to get done in the oven before I do all my dishes. I'm making chicken tenders wrapped in turkey bacon and rolled in brown sugar. It is really good. The smell is making me hungry. Well have a good afternoon and stay cool. Take care, Cheryl

Was a hot do nothing day for me - felt like 100 but was only 92. Went and got subs for dinner after leaving the viewing. Have to be at the post at 7am to follow the Honor Guard to the cemetary an hour away. I can always take a nap when I get home before going tothe post later that nite. Good Afternoon my friend. I hope you are doing well. I'm feeling okay. Just tired from our trip to Amarillo, Texas yesterday. Its about a 3 hour drive there. Husband a a checkup with his diabetic doctor yesterday. It went good. It takes us longer to get there than the appointment takes. I'm getting my laundry going right now. Thats about all I'm doing today. A nap is in order for today also. Its a warm and cloudy day here today. Its 84 but feels like 88. Don't care for that humdity.
