rested yday as had a bad night and was pooped

Bonnie and hubby decided to sell half of their lot and stay here for awhile longer..was glad to hear.  She brought me some turkey and dressing and I gave her some red grapes for her birds.

Hot and humid here today..staying in with netflix and you tube. Been watching some old Johnny Carson shows and enjoying the guests!

Think all your rain made it to the coast!  It really poured along with thunder last nite and this morning finally clearing up earlier this afternoon.  Can't see the road out front as it's a big pool along with some of the neighbor's yards across from us.  Hope it has stopped for good as we go out at 6 for our Friday nite fun with friends.    Hope you're having a good day and getting things done.  Be careful and don't work too hard.  Hugs, Wendy

Its been raining all day today.

It reached 77 here in NC but is 72 now - has been raining off and on so not great out but we need the rain.  But the ditches are full and will be overrunning if we get much more rain.  I've chopped up veggies and chicken and got the rest of the ingredients out to make dinner when we come home from meeting others for our Thurs. outing with them.  The FRA had their installation dinner last nite, so no one wants to go out for food tonite, so we're just meeting for a drink.  Have a grest rest of the afternoon, hope you had a great day.  Hugs, Wendy
