Wow where did this month go to for it is the last week of the month and will be soon into August. Each month has it beauty, so exciting to see and enjoy. I am sipping on some honey's bon from the Donut Shop flavored coffee as I do my daily duties of the day. Just received this flavor the other day . Very tasty! Hello Pam, busy weekend for us and so hot too. Had a small birthday celebration with close family on Sat. My cake was so pretty and tasted very good. It had chocolate cream between the layers. The rain held off all weekend so my guys were able to get all the grass cut. Hope your weekend was good and you had time to relax. July is winding down now and school will start back soon. I see all the school supplies are out in the stores already. Have a good Monday!
Good morning!! Another Monday is greeting us. For the first time in a long time I wasn't the looser at dominos - next to last, but not last...........what a feat!! Think I'll mark it on the calendar. Made Fireman's chicken for dinner and it turned out good. Casserols are easy to make and feed a lot so that's my chocice especially since I have to transport it to another house. Howdy, just making my rounds again. Hope you are doing well and enjoying your weekend so far. They always fly by way too fast. Our temps are warming back up to around 100 again, though it really doesn't seem to feel that hot. I guess due to the surrounding smoke from the fires here in Oregon the sun doesn't shine through as bright and hot. My vacation is over now, went back to work on Thursday (sigh) it was very hard to go back after having 3 1/2 weeks off. Was a nice day today in the 80's - watered the plants and walked around for a bit - checked out the neighbors place to make sure all was ok as they are away. Went to the post as they were having a fish fry - didn't eat as we had brunch at home and Rich doesn't eat fish anyway. Got something to eat when we got home around 9. Had a good time with some friends there stayed later than we should have. Played my first game of Keno and won $7 - had to split it with the person who bought me a ticket. Have a good Sunday.
