good morning Pam, hope you got rest over the weekend and are feeling better .Yes those Summer colds are miserable. Thanks for you comments about my page. I sure enjoy sprucing it up for the seasons. Fortunately Elsa only brought rain with her. We got over 5 inches last week but the sun was out enough over the weekend to help dry us out a little and it was very welcome. Everything was soggy. We had a nice weekend and hubby was able to cut the deep grass finally with the sun being out. Have a lovely new week friend!
Hubby and I are still coughing from our sinus infections. Summer colds are the worst! Saturday we slept on and off most of the day. I do think we are both a bit better but then I remember that I have to work all this week. Yikes! I'm tired again.
Our front came through at 3:15 am this morning. And then the electricity went out at about 3:20 for just over 2 hours. But yes, I was outside on the back porch before 3:30 taking the most beautiful video of the rain, the thunder, and the lightning. Oh how I love it! We ended up with 1/8" of rain and our ditch isn't running water which means we were dry and had lots of cracks to fill. Hope you have not had damage from Elsa!
