hot humid 80s here.

the upside down trash can over the seed can deterred coon last night..

looks like he tried to lift it off as was tilted but still in place,,

will see if works again tonight..if works will be the easiest "fix" I can

come up with! and no smelly ammonia to deal with either!

waiting for it to get cooler to perhaps transplant sprouted cantelopes in raised bed

in yard..have 2 sprouts to train up an arbor and try vertical growing..

eating more of Bonnie turkey tonight..made some more stuffing yday..didnt care for hers..

added celery and onions to mine and is tastier in my opinion than hers but wouldn't dare

rested yday as had a bad night and was pooped

Bonnie and hubby decided to sell half of their lot and stay here for awhile longer..was glad to hear. She brought me some turkey and dressing and I gave her some red grapes for her birds.

Hot and humid here today..staying in with netflix and you tube. Been watching some old Johnny Carson shows and enjoying the guests!

coon left seed can alone last night for some reason.

good morning Pam, got more
squash yesterday and zuchinni. Looking forward to cooking some soon.
Also visited the blueberry patch and got more berries. They'll be gone
before long so trying to enjoy them while we can. Hope your week was
good. Do you have weekend plans? Just a quiet one here. Will have to
run to the grocery store in a bit. It's lovely to shop withOUT a mask
now, I can say that much. Still waiting on rain here to but in the mean

Think all your rain made it to the coast! It really poured along with thunder last nite and this morning finally clearing up earlier this afternoon. Can't see the road out front as it's a big pool along with some of the neighbor's yards across from us. Hope it has stopped for good as we go out at 6 for our Friday nite fun with friends.
