Evening Pam - nice to see your little ones being so active and fit. Have to confess I'm not as fit as I was when I worked, but then a lot of us have slowed down as we get older, huh? Glad to hear the folks in Texas are getting a break in the weather but a lot of rebuilding will take a long time. Not sure if I told you my honey was in the hospital for 5 days with with flu - he has COPD so he was in bad shap. Felt good enough to go out today for several hours the first time. Stopped at the VFW and saw some of our friends - so nicee. Hope to see our besties Fri nite if he still feels good. It took a lot out of him, so we'll see. Have a good evening/nite. Hugs, Wendy
GLS TO HEAR PAM THAT THINGS ARE GETTING BACK TO NORMAL WHERE YOU ARE. MUST BE LIKE HEAVEN FOR ALL THOSE THAT WERE AFFECTED. HOPEFULLY IT NEVER HAPPENS AGAIN. HAVE A GOOD REST OF THE WEEK . TAKE CARE AND BE WELL. HUGS, MOE
Snowing so not doing too much today. Thank you for sharing the photos, Pam. I guess you are not in lockdown for the schools. Bit iffy for us - the borders keep changing so we never know whether we can roam or not. It'll be great when we can visit a good restaurant.
Hello....it is Monday and we have all of our power. And...our snow has melted!!! I do hope you have an enjoyable day and that your family is feeling well. Hugs, Nancy
good evening, thank you for all your comments and messages while i have been off nearly a week, but most of all your friendship...always be safe, you never know what's gonna happen...wishing you a wonderful night filled with happiness and God Bless my friend
Good morning Pam, hope you are doing well and staying warm. Thanks for the pictures and videos you have sent via e-mail. Enjoyed them. So terrible all those without power and water, and so sad for those that have lost their lives, can't even imagine. My prayers go out to all those enduring this terrible cold front and hopefully it won't last much longer. When things like this happen it does make people in other areas more aware of the fact that it could happen in their areas as well and what to do to be more prepared. Anyway, glad you are safe and have power and water for now. Take care of yourself and enjoy your Sunday, and have a great week~~~ hugs, debijo
So glad you are still safe, dry and warm Pam. The poor people who got the brunt of the storm must be yearning for a day when everything is cleaned up and no Covid.
This is a beautiful Saturday herre in our neck of the woods. The sun is out and it's goining into the upper 30's but will still feel like 30. Neverrtheless, I'm grateful that the sun is out and will help dry up some of this water befor it starts raining again. We'll be begging for rain this summer and it will be nowhere in site. All I've done today make breakfast, which is noon for us, clean up and sweep the kitchen floor. Thought I'd take a break and visit The Hill before going back in to mop. then on to the bathroom. Might go to Walgreens to get some vitamins, honey's doc says he needs to take Vitamin B - just B and I want some D. Hope you have a sunny Saturday, Pam. Hugs, Wendy
My heart is with all those people! Sunny but cold here. We went snowshoeing and I did the paper route, and had the cats outside. Got some laundry outside. It was minus 20, warming up. We are outside. Love the winter time, yes we are nuts! Ha ha, have a great weekend!
