My day off is half over and we have survived the skin check at our yearly doctor visit. Now if we can just survive winter as we seem to have skipped Fall completely. Mid 30's at night with NO SUN and only mid 40's during the day is definitely winter in Texas. Is it February? Did I miss Thanksgiving and Christmas? We are often in the 70's and even 80's during those holidays. I hope you are having a Blessed week. Only 3 more days at work and I'll be back soon.

Hi there! I've been off site for quite a while. We lost our daughter this past February after she fought stage 4 ovarian cancer for a couple of years. Then we sold our house and moved into a community of old folks and both my husband and I had Covid in August! This has been a very, very tough year. I will try to visit more often, but our computer now has to be in our utility room, as there isn't room for it in the rest of this small apartment. My husband is 92 now and I'm 86, and everything we do is getting difficult. So that's what's been happening to me. Hope all is well with you and you are enjoying life. Maria
