I am so proud of my beautiful granddaughter and her Quinceañera pictures!  I took over 70 pictures on Saturday, mostly of them getting ready.  So funny and stressful at the same time.  The photographer was awesome and I can't wait to see her pictures as I took a couple of ones after she set them up.

I sat on the patio for a little bit yesterday as the storms went around us and watched the six or so hummingbirds going from feeder to tree to flowers as the wind shifted to cooler temperatures out of the north.  We are in the upper 80's this week instead of upper 90's.

Does that mean Fall is here in Texas?  Probably not yet or for very long but I will "chance one eye"!  Praying for all of Florida and all the people in the path of Ian.  Thanks for sharing in my joy and being my friend!
