Hope your day went well MK- it rained here off and on and was in the 60's. At least I didn't have to worry. Had PT today and still fell pretty good but we'll see how it goss tomorrow. Well we got some much needed rain last night and its been a cloudy, cool 53, and drizzly day here today. I've been enjoying it. Cause I don't like the heat. I hope you are having a great day and take care my friend. Cheryl
Hubby trimmed plants (yaupon) and I trimmed the low branches on a crape myrtle tree and a juniper tree. We are still waiting on the promised 95% chance of rain, it is getting closer to us.
As soon as I get my shower, I think I will read my Romantic Comedy by Emma St. Clair, "the Buy-In". Laughter is good for the soul and this book about a small town is funny. So...

Good afternoon my friend. We had a cold front come through on Thursday so it has been on the chilly side here and cloudy since then. I won't complain about the cooler weather as by the end of the week it will be back in the 90's. We have a really good chance for rain tonight and most of the day tomorrow. So happy cause we need the rain. I got my cucumber seeds planted again yesterday. So hopefully they will grow and I will have some. My husband got the yard mowed yesterday and was almost done with the side yard when a belt broke. So he has to get a new one today. After several weeks of very high and gusty winds (my hair looked worse than that), it is a calm, cloudy, foggy, overcast morning again here for the second day in a row. I know in the middle of summer, we will miss the wind but for right now it is a welcome change since we are only at 63° at 10 am. We are hoping for some soaking rains for all of Texas that is still in the drought stage.
