Since I am working and have a little $ showing up in my bank, I bought myself a new wristlet purse. When I showed it to hubby, he said, "Boy, I have good taste." Yes he does! After all, he married me! That was the day before the haircut!
Did you have to ship any gifts? Do you think they will get there in time? Both my families came to visit the second week of December and we celebrated birthdays, including Jesus! No shipping for us.
I hope you get everything you want this year. Maybe a new teddy bear. And I pray that the wonderful message of Christmas is in our hearts.
The one true gift is all we need. Jesus was born to die for all of our sins.
Thanks for being such faithful friends who post even when I am not here to answer. What JOY you have given me to read and re-read, to laugh and cry, to ah! and to ohh! the beautiful messages you have left me.
The old light that has been up over 16 years had to come down.
The new LED light went up and it comes on at dusk and goes off at dawn (like the old one used to do).
And it might be twice as bright as the old one. Ok, we didn't know the difference in lumens between the mercury bulb and the LED bulb until after it was up. Hope the neighbors don't complain.
Time for Christmas nails and a haircut. Ok, it is a little too short; but hey, it will grow out again.

Getting ready soon to go to the Christmas part at the post. Start's at 4 and dinner at 5 - too early for s to eat so we'll probably snack later this evening. I'm all done except to wrap some gift to take to Jersey with us. Hopefully his daughter will watch the dog if the two dogs get along. Will find out tomorrow.
